Since they are placed 4th in the Premier League and miss a place in Champions League because of the UCL 2012 title holder Chelsea, it also means that they also lost a place in the WCCF Premier League teams, which always released 4 teams that qualified for the Champions League. The way I determine the stat is through the PES stats of respective players. I divided some of the stat with 5, attack for offence, defence for defence, ball control for technique, physical (sum them up and find the average) for power, speed (same like power) for speed, and stamina for stamina. The stat is a bit overrated so I decided after I found the value, I decreased it by one, and voila, the not overrated player cards
